Reservation
A reservation is usually made in email. The exclusive basis of every reservation is the acceptance of the travel conditions in the current price list, which also replaces all previous publications.
Down payment / terms of payment
To secure your reservation, we ask for a deposit of 30% of the total price.
Please indicate your cash on delivery and the travel period.
The final invoice must be paid in cash, with an EC card or credit card (we accept all major credit cards) or by bank transfer before departure. Please enter a note with your surname and travel period.

Cancellation fees:
In the event of cancellation or no-show, the following conditions apply:
From the booking date up to 29 days before arrival:
0% of the amount of the deposit
From 28 days in advance to 8 days after:
100% of the amount of the deposit
From 7 days before to arrival
100% of the rental price

100% of the rental price

For the well-being of everyone, our apartments are managed as non-smoking rooms.
You are welcome to enjoy your cigarette or cigar on your terrace.
Liability
According to the Austrian hotel regulations, we are liable for the proper performance of the listed services. Jurisdiction Kitzbühel. Errors, misprints and typesetting reserved.
There are different versions of some apartments, so differences to photo images are possible.
In case you fall ill with Corona, are tested positive or have to be quarantined because of a sick relative,
we recommend Hotelstorno Plus or Premium from Europäische Reiseversicherung, which, among other things, covers these cases despite a pandemic.
